We want to make sure you love our products! For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at contact@support.resinartbyalexandra.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.

Because products are handmade, one-of-a-kind items, we do not accept general returns. If your item arrives damaged, please follow the instructions above so we can see how to resolve the issue in the best manner.

CANCELLATIONS

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

For orders not yet shipped, you can request a cancellation within 48 hours from the time the order is placed. After 48 hours we will not be able to cancel your order.

We are unable to cancel orders after they've been shipped. 

DAMAGED/QUALITY ISSUES

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the error clearly displayed.

REFUNDS POLICY

Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue. 

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept local payment methods. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are unable to accommodate international orders as I do not currently offer international shipping.
